Q&A with Trent

Trent answered some of your questions posted here on the blog. See if he chose yours, and leave a comment or question for next time!

Q. Have you read the book Twilight by Stephenie Meyer? What other books do you read or are your favorites?

A. No, but I love the Harry Potter books and The Curious Incident of the Dog at Night Time.
Oh yeah, and I want to read The Dangerous Days of Daniel X. Looks really good. (My cousin's sending it to me. Yeah!)

Q. Will the other Billys be blogging with you? You could invite other cast members to do guest blogs on your site? Fans really enjoy your website!

Not sure yet, but unfortunately I don’t think so. Thanks!

Q. What's the food like over there? And do you find yourself speaking in an English accent even when you're not on stage?

A. At first I didn’t like the food, but I eat most of it now. Sometimes for fun I speak in a Geordie accent. I basically have the same accent except when I ask certain questions, they sound totally different!

Thanks for your book recommendations - I was so impressed that I actually got a reply! The Curious Incident of the Boy in the Night is one of my favourites. The Daniel X book sounds great - I know the kids where I work will love that as they love the Maximum Ride books by James Patterson. The 'Cherub' books by Robert Muchamore are also really popular with all the boys in my school and, of course, Darren Shan. So many good books and just not enough hours in the day to read them all! I am delighted that you took the time to reply to my post. I am looking forward to seeing you in Billy soon - I will probably try to get tickets in half term (I will be off work for a week then) as I haven't seen you or Joshua perform yet - I've seen all the other Billys so I've got some catching up to do! Thanks

Question.

Where you always a fan of Billy Elliot. Did you see the show before you auditioned?

Hey - I saw you in Billy Elliot a few weeks ago. It was brilliant! I've got to say I was buzzing after the performance and could barely get to sleep. You must be 10 times as awake and excited after you performed on an evening?
How many times a week can you perform on Billy Elliot? Did you know how to sing and act before Billy Elliot? What are your plans after the show?

Psst. Trent It's me, I was there Friday after thanksgiving and I met you too. I think you were the first one to sign my big program.
Anyway I LOVED the show and I'm hoping someday I could play Billy on Broadway. Also Have you seen any shows in london. I read something that You left the same day with A star from the show Wicked named Kerry Ellis! Did you ever see her? I saw her on the streets of NYC by the Hershey store.
I have to go now but I hope you like what I said and hope you give a response.
SEE YA!
